Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is a practical form of yoga that improves our health, calms our minds and build our capacity to withstand increasing pressure. Relying on our 5 senses may have been enough in the past but its our 6th sense that we need now, to navigate through this age of information over-load! Finding and building our personal trust muscle enables us to accomplish, interact and focus on what needs doing with ease.

Kundalini Yoga is referred to as the Yoga Of Awareness. We are multi sensory beings way more energetic than physical (gross or dense) in vibration than we imagine. Practicing Kundalini Yoga can be a physically and mentally challenging style of yoga but in my class we take things at a pace that feels comfortable for every individual while honouring the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. It works directly on our nervous system in a very powerful way that impacts within minutes on our endocrine, circulatory, digestive systems and our immunity.

Every class includes dynamic movement, asana (postures), pranayama (the science of controlling and conserving vital force through breathing consciously) meditation. All thats required is an open mind!


The Five Sutras of the Aquarian Age

1. Recognize that the other person is you.

2. There is a way through every block.

3. When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.

4.  Understand through compassion or you will misunderstand the times.

5. Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path.
